Firstly, I congratulate you on your courage. We all go through peaks and troughs in life, but it takes bravery to seek change and do something about it.

Having launched three companies and managed teams through bankruptcy to turnaround and acquisition, I understand stress intimately. I’ve faced burnout, psychosomatic illnesses, and relationship struggles. During those times, I longed for someone who truly understood what I was going through—someone who had been there and done that, not just someone with bookish knowledge and certifications. I wanted real change in my life, but I struggled to find it.

So, I took matters into my own hands. I researched best practices, underwent intensive coaching and training myself, and applied these insights to every challenge I faced. Over time, with more than 3,200 hours of experience and proven success with over a decade of experience with clients and patients from Singapore, India, Indonesia & Malaysia, I’ve distilled what truly works into impactful sessions that can help you manage anger, stress, anxiety, transform negative into positive habits and help deal with relationship challenges.​ These methods are highly individualized to address your unique challenges and goals.

My philosophy is that a good coach, like a good doctor, is someone you eventually don’t need to see anymore.
